BrightBull acted as MWA's marketing department in 2013 and led the marketing strategy and campaign for various events including WOWe – a conference for Women of West Africa in Entrepreneurship. http://www.wowenigeria.com
Our involvement was specifically focused on:
- Forging key media partnerships
- Generating awareness and leads through social media
- Content marketing and PR
- Advising on branding and website
Achievements:
- Exceeded delegate targets with just 13 weeks leadtime
- The development of key strategic media partnerships with organisations including Forbes Africa, The Guardian, Ventures Africa and Thisday Style
- The WOWe facebook campaign resulted in 20,000+ new facebook fans, in turn developing a high number of direct enquiries and event bookings
- Our “Inspiring quotes” campaigns resulted in 33,000+ shares, likes and comments
- BrightBull secured two additional sponsors (event revenue) through marketing generated leads
- BrightBull secured the front cover spread in ThisDay Style showcasing MWA and WOWe in one of the most highly read magazines in Nigeria
