The Client: Shymala Ayurveda Spa is London’s most exclusive Ayurvedic day spa and lifestyle club. It has been voted by The Independent as one of ‘UK’s Top 5 Spas’ and described as a ‘Haven for stress relief’ by Vogue.
The Project: BrightBull worked with Shymala Ayurveda spa in developing an aggressive growth campaign, involving Marketing, PR and Business Development. The main objectives were to increase brand awareness, increase sales and revenue, improve customer loyalty and retention, develop strategic partnerships, increase product sales and explore new avenues for additional income streams.
BrightBull successfully developed a multi-level membership programme for both individual and corporate clientele. We negotiated strategic partnerships with key organisations such as Metro, Lastminute.com and Trailfinders and managed successful PR campaigns with the participation of leading health and beauty publications, including Vogue and Tatler. We launched the ‘Shymala Ayurveda Online Shop’ which immediately increased overall sales. We supported this multi channel project with ‘Ayurveda Awareness’ campaigns through introducing monthly events and seminars for both clients and prospective members. Shymala Ayurveda Spa has now made its mark in the health and beauty world and attracts continuous media attention and celebrity clientele.
