A very good start of the week when I found this great report on econsultancy. A white paper specially tailored for professional services companies, but found that there was a lot of information that one can apply in their B2B social media campaigns.
It is definitely worth a read for Directors of small B2B companies or marketing directors in Medium ones directing or driving social media campaigns. I particularly like the tables on pages 8-14.
