About the Campaign
After months in development, the relaunch of the sharedserviceslink.com website had to cause a stir among its community of leaders in finance shared services, and stand out from the traditional conference direct-mail marketing strategies. To reflect the revamp, we wanted to generate a buzz among the typically conservative finance professionals. ‘Kill the Paper Invoice’ was born.
BrightBull developed this innovative B2B campaign – the idea of a single-player game that was fun, viral, attractive to sponsors and represented one of the finance community’s most challenging issues.
We turned invoice processing into an addictive and engaging game. The final few days of the competition were a whirlwind of activity with people vying for the leaderboard’s top slots. We have no idea how people achieved the scores they did!
We’re very happy with the ongoing success of this campaign and very excited about being shortlisted for the innovation category for the Conference Awards 2011.The winner will be announced in June – keep your fingers crossed!
