He talks about ‘honest connections‘ with clients and avoiding the “all things to all people” and “vague promises” approach.
Got me thinking about how we work here at BrightBull. We’re fortunate to have very loyal and happy clients and I’d like to think it’s because we’re more than just ‘very good’.
We’re straight talking, we truly understand our clients’ businesses, we work in a niche sector, we’ve got bags of experience and we’re big fans of transparency and measurement. This is what we feel takes us above and beyond just being ‘very good’.
